For over 15 years, CivilSmith has obtained and maintained our prequalification status with NCDOT as an approved rail design private consulting firm specializing in eight rail-related disciplines.
Over the past 19 years, we have worked closely with various railroads and their customers and prospects to include CSX, NS, GWRR, and RJ Corman with providing professional rail design services that include planning, conceptual design, bidding phase services, and construction admin services.
