Jaguar Transport Holdings has acquired the leasehold rights to the Charlotte Western Railroad (CER), a 13-mile short line railroad owned by the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

Located in western Charlotte, the CER is Jaguar’s first property in North Carolina and provides access to both Norfolk Southern and CSX between Mount Holly and Gastonia.
